Respect Life Group | St. Joseph

St. Pope John Paul II envisioned that post-abortive women who have approached Jesus with humility and sorrow, and have experienced His merciful love, will also become Jesus' most eloquent evangelizers.

St. Joseph's Respect Life group has made available pamphlets in the literature rack: Forgiveness and Healing After Abortion and Project Rachel.

We would also like to spotlight two resources for hope and healing for women, men, and families hurt by abortion and it's effects in their lives: Silent No More and Project Rachel.

Silent No More Awareness Campaign

Visit Silent No More or contact their regional coordinator, Kathy Gonzales, for help or to find out how you can get involved.

Project Rachel | Western Washington

Project Rachel is a post-abortion healing ministry sponsored by the Archdiocese of Washington that offers compassionate help to men and women who have experienced emotional and/or spiritual pain after abortion. Our trained staff refers callers to priests specially trained in post-abortion concerns and/or to licensed Catholic/Christian mental health professionals. We help our participants reconcile with God, child, family and themselves.

Location: one-on-one meetings and group healing events take place throughout the Archdiocese of Washington. These exact locations are confidential.

Your calls and e-mails will be held with complete confidentiality.

If you or a friend is hurting from an abortion(s), reach out to us.
